Custom Non-Woven Bags Made in Turkey
VYGR Bags manufactures printed non-woven (PP) bags in Istanbul for retailers, brands, promotional agencies and corporate buyers. Pick a bag type, weight, lamination and print method, or send your own specification. A pre-production sample is approved before every run. Ships worldwide.
Choose a bag type or send your own specification
You do not need a finished tech pack to get a quote. Most buyers start from one of the common non-woven bag types below and adjust it: a heavier fabric, a laminated finish, a different handle, more print colours. Everything here is a starting point, not a limit. If your brief is ready, skip the builder and send it. The flow is the same: confirm the specification, approve a sample, produce the run.
What are non-woven bags?
Non-woven bags are made from spun-bonded polypropylene (PP), a light, fabric-like material bonded without weaving. They are inexpensive, printable and reusable, which makes them the standard choice for promotional and retail shopping bags. Common fabric weights run from about 70 to 120 g/m²; laminated versions are heavier.
What are non-woven bags used for?
Retail shopping and grocery bags, promotional giveaways and event bags, trade-show and conference bags, gift and packaging bags, and corporate campaigns. They suit brands that need a low-cost, printable, reusable bag in volume.
What should you prepare before requesting a non-woven bag quote?
Prepare the bag type, size, GSM (fabric weight), whether you want lamination, the colour, the printing method, the number of print sides, the target quantity and any packaging needs. If you are unsure, VYGR can recommend a starting specification based on your use case.

Non-woven bag production in Turkey
Turkey is an established base for non-woven and packaging production, with fabric supply, cutting, printing and bag-making close together. VYGR Bags produces custom and private-label non-woven bags in its own facility in Istanbul, handling cutting, printing, bag-making, sampling and packaging in-house, and prepares the export documents itself. For European buyers, road freight to the EU takes days rather than weeks, which shortens sample loops and lead times (confirm current customs treatment for your own destination market).
Branding and printing
For logos in one to a few spot colours, screen printing is the standard on plain non-woven: durable, Pantone-matched and economical from mid quantities. Heat transfer and digital print handle multi-colour and photographic artwork. For full-colour, edge-to-edge designs, a laminated non-woven bag printed by offset before lamination gives the richest result and adds water resistance. Double-sided print is standard (a second pass, shown in the quote). VYGR confirms the method and finish on a pre-production sample before bulk.

Frequently asked questions
What GSM is best for non-woven bags?
70–80 g/m² suits light promotional giveaways; 90–120 g/m² is the usual choice for reusable retail and grocery bags; laminated bags are heavier still. Heavier is not automatically better; the right weight depends on how the bag is used, and it is confirmed during quotation.
What is the difference between laminated and non-laminated non-woven bags?
A laminated bag has a glossy or matte film bonded to the fabric. That allows full-colour, photographic print and adds water resistance and stiffness; plain non-woven is lighter and cheaper and is printed by screen or transfer. The fabric is the same PP non-woven underneath.
Which printing method should I choose?
Screen print for one to a few spot colours on plain non-woven; heat transfer or digital for multi-colour and photographic artwork; laminated offset for full-colour, edge-to-edge designs on a laminated bag. VYGR advises the method that fits your artwork and quantity.
Is double-sided printing possible?
Yes, the same or different artwork on each side. The second print pass is shown separately in the quote.
Are Pantone colours possible?
Yes. Screen and laminated-offset printing can be matched to a Pantone reference; feasibility and any minimums are confirmed in the quote and fixed on an approved sample.
What is the minimum order quantity?
VYGR produces pilot runs and large orders alike; the practical minimum starts around 500 pcs and depends on the bag type, colour and print. Share your target quantity and it is confirmed in the quote.
How long does production take?
Typically 15–25 days according to VYGR, confirmed per order after sample approval and quantity. Laminated bags and special finishes can add time; the quote states the firm date.
Do you ship to Europe, the UK and the US?
Yes. VYGR exports regularly to Europe and North America and ships worldwide, preparing the export documents in-house; delivery terms are agreed per order.
Can I send my own design or reproduce an existing bag?
Yes. Send artwork, dimensions or a reference bag; VYGR confirms the specification, produces a pre-production sample for approval, then starts the run.
Are non-woven bags recyclable or reusable?
Non-woven PP bags are reusable and, where facilities exist, recyclable as PP. They are a low-cost, reusable alternative to single-use bags; specific recycled-content or certification requirements should be stated so they can be confirmed.
